So…life got in the way of me sharing this workout yesterday. I was working (at 5am!)…
And playing…at my friend Molly’s S&D trunk show at Rowhouse Grille (well, I was actually extremely tired from the media in the morning, so I basically just sat there and watched her sell jewelry haha)
ANYWAY, I did the TIU Malibooty workout on Tuesday and I’m STILL feeling it! If you haven’t already tried it, definitely check it out. Below is one of my favorite moves that’s in the circuit, but I think it’s a great quick one you can do any time for some fine toning!
This week’s workout: Squats with leg lift
Muscles worked: Legs, core, glutes

Needs: None! Just your body weight!
Begin with your feet hips width apart for the squat portion. Do 5 squats.
On your last squat, STAY DOWN! From here, you’re doing to do 20 leg lifts.
When you’re doing the leg lifts, make sure you keep your core tight and your back straight.
Then stand up, shake it out and repeat! This time doing another 5 squats and then 20 leg lifts on the other side.
Again, this is an AMAZING workout in total, but this move is a great one to add to any workout for some extra toning! ENJOY! And remember, you’ll never regret a workout!
