Easy Baked Egg Cups

So, you’re looking for an easy filling breakfast… DONE.

I’ve made mini baked egg white frittatas before, but they take a little work chopping veggies, etc. With these Baked Egg Cups, you literally just crack the eggs and BOOM!

During the first few weeks of quarantine, our weekend breakfasts were a little more intense with chopped potatoes or fresh sauces…but when we were looking for a quick, easy way to get some tasty food, this was an absolute winner. ☺️



  • Muffin pan
  • Eggs (as many as you want)
  • Bacon (as many as you want)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Lay one strip of bacon in each muffin cup.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Carefully remove the pan and crack an egg in the middle of each bacon nest.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes then serve hot!
  7. ENJOY!
