Beach Workout in Baltimore!
SWEAT ON THE SAND
You read that right – we have our own little beach here in Charm City! And now you can workout there!
Last year, Sandlot Baltimore opened in Fells Point and it was an instant hit – sand by the water, delicious drinks and treats to enjoy, volleyball and more! This year, they’re adding even more and teaming up with my crew at BeachFit Baltimore to offer WEEKLY FITNESS CLASSES!
From bootcamp-style circuits to barre-style burning, TRX Rip trainer functional training to SURF, this summer series is the perfect way to get out in the open air and get your sweat on! Plus, did I mention it’s not just once? They’re literally three classes a week!
Tuesdays at 8:30AM – Beach Camp or Beach Burn with Oksana
POWER HAPPY HOUR
Fridays at 5:00PM – Riptide with Kate (ME!)
Sundays at 10:00AM – Beach Camp with Grace or Antoine
It’s only been one week, but we’re already having so much fun!It’s SUPER EASY to sign up! Just visit the BeachFit schedule, pick the class you’d like to attend, and sign up! Please note, space is limited and classes are first come first serve, so try to sign up early (and often)! Classes are just $25 OR $100 for a 5-pack (plus, if you purchase a Sandlot 5-Pack and get 10% off your Sandlot check with a special punchcard)!
